Terms & Conditions

1. Declaration / Listing

• Submission must be made on a monthly basis using the provided template.

• All required details must be completed accurately and in full.

2. Eligible Occupation Classes

• Coverage is applicable to Occupation Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 only.

• Class 4 and occupations excluded under the Underwriting (UW) guidelines are not covered.

3. Principal Exclusions
This policy does not cover any loss or injury directly or indirectly caused by or arising from:
a) War or terrorism
b) Nuclear reaction, contamination, or weapon materials
c) Suicide, attempted suicide, or self-inflicted injuries
d) Committing or attempting to commit any unlawful act
e) Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or AIDS-Related Complex (ARC)

4. Age Limit
Open to individuals aged 18 to 65 years old only.

5. Eligibility
Coverage is limited to MyKad holders (Malaysian citizens) only.
